In addition to co-writing, my involvement with Through Darkness was as the Director & Lead Editor. As the Director, my duties involved coordinating a cast and crew of 30+ people, pre-planning the storyboard, creating a schedule of what shots to shoot, and ensuring that each take was up-to-standard.

As the Lead Editor, it was my job to sort through 100+ hours of footage, watch each take, and piece together a rough edit to bring the story to life. It took months before the completion of the editing, having gone through it over and over with a fine-tooth comb.
The project was filmed on an ARRI cinema camera in 1080p at 60fps. It was edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After-Effects, and Adobe Audition.
